All orders are fulfilled using tracked and insured shipping. We offer both standard and express shipping options at checkout.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, however during periods of high demand (such as holiday seasons) processing times may take up to 3 business days.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it.
After this timeframe we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, we must wait for the package to be returned to our warehouse through Return to Sender before issuing a refund or reshipping the item.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

How Can I Track My Order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email titled:

All tracking information is provided by our courier partners, and our team has access to the same tracking information that you do.
For this reason, we may not always be able to provide a more accurate delivery estimate than what is shown in the tracking system.
